Life is great. After decades of exploring cyberspace, we can still find new beautiful strange things like this almost every day. One of our favorites is by sculptor Villu Jaanisoo, an elephant constructed from used car tires.

In January 2019 the fast growing city of Jyväskylä had a population of 141,374. Here is another tire elephant creation.
The Elephant Sanctuary in Hohenwald, Tennessee hosted a drive to collect used tires from the local community. This wonderful rubber pachyderm was revealed on World Elephant Day 2017 and sits in front of the Elephant Discovery Center at the Sanctuary.
As long as they don’t become breeding grounds for mosquitoes, True Strange News would like to see hundreds of these popping up all over the place. So cool.
